None of us here at SkiBikeFun have
personally ridden this machine or demoed one but from what we see, we
like it! With that said we have ridden with its creator, Jacek
Stalmach World Champion SkiBiker on several occasions. He is an
incredible rider that obviously spends as much time on a ski hill as he
can and has a passion for the sport like no other. He's dedicated his
life to it. The rest of his bikes are solid contenders built with
craftsmanship and quality in mind. We here at SkiBikeFun feel you could
not go wrong with any of the Stalmach product line.
This is a "Traditional
Style" bike that has a lot of good features any style of rider would
appreciate. The frame and its components look rock solid and able to take
what ever you throw at it. This bike was ridden by a 84 year old lady in
Durango that only skied it on Sundays after church...no not really. This
bike was used as a demo (not rental) at a resort in Colorado and has a little wear
and mostly chipped up from moving it around. When we assembled it in our
shop for the first time. We had no previous coaching on how to
assemble
the bike, yet found it very intuitive, easy and fast. Breaking the bike
down for travel in this method allows for easy travel in just about any
vehicle. If traditional bikes are your preference, this bike is a
fantastic purchase at great savings. Don't let this one get away.
Factory specifications, target rider is between ~5'0"-5'5" and
between ~100 lbs-155 lbs. Our personal thoughts is you could easily go
up to 5'7" in height with in the same weight specification.
