The Mission of Skibike Magazine

When we first rode a ski bike, we got hooked on it like circus monkeys on peanuts. It didn't take long for us to accept the mission to promote sport and the awesome experience of riding. But as we searched the net, we found that too many sites do not get updated regularly, or they are only a few pages long. There is a huge void of information needing to be filled. Thus, Skibike Magazine was born.

With so many unrelated skibiking sites out in cyberspace, this magazine will be the common thread connecting the different aspects of the industry. We'll keep up with manufacturers; educate ski resorts on the many benefits of riding. The magazine will feature exclusive interviews with pro riders, and we'll do our best to represent all the different age and style populations that skibike today.

This is also a space for your voice to be heard. Your chance to help guide the manufacturers and ski resorts on what your needs are. Send us your inputs, ideas, story leads, personal stories - old and new.

The flavor of the site will be a bit eclectic because the editors are on different ends of the personality charts. One of us can't ski, and the other can't write. Between the two of us we'll find a comfortable balance of excitement and sobriety.

We want visitors to read our material and be more interested in the sport. We want experienced riders to find useful information. We want resorts to see skibikes as commonplace, and not just oddities on the hill.
